New stripped C7 upper receiver

Was purchased a few years ago when they were in short supply but did not end up building the upper. Now selling to fund another project. The rear sight will need to be assembled but those pieces come with the upper. 

I paid $200, but am asking the current going rate of $150. Price is firm.
