The muzzle brake is hand tight, ready for your suppressor mount or to be tightened up. I'd suggest a high back pressure suppressor if using subsonic ammo. I've used Sellier & Bellot 220gr, suppressed, semi-auto rapid fire, and have had zero issues; with a mil spec buffer tube and carbine buffer.

>500 rounds through it. I do not know the BCG manufacturer, but it is hardly used and Mil Spec. Charging handle is ambidextrous, kinda large imo. Barrel muzzle has residual Rocksett on the threads, but not much.
