Mauser C96 "Broomhandle" semi-automatic pistol packaged with wooden shoulder stock holster. Manufacturer: Waffenfabrik Mauser, Oberndorf am Neckar, Germany. A wartime Commercial variant manufactured during World War I (approximately 1915–1916). The small partial number 5454 on the hammer, sight elevator, and internal components indicates that this piece is completely all numbers matching. Chambered in 7.63×25mm Mauser (also commonly referred to in the United States as .30 Mauser).
