For the M80a1 AP, every fifth round is an Enhanced Penetration Tracer with a solid copper core. Price per 10rds. I can unbelt them for you. They sell for $11/rd in the lower 48 when you can find them. Looks like they're sold out currently. Price per round. This ammo was never authorized for sale to civilians but is legal to own. The technical such as the composition of the AP penetrator tip data is classified. Solid copper base. Every 5th round is a red tip enhanced penetration tracer (see last image for one of those).

The most extreme .308 round. Can be unlinked prior to sale. Better than HP's for hunting as they explode inside the body, but punch through 3/4" of steel and level III+ to IV body armor. Please look this round up if you question this claim or use the link to a video at the bottom.

Standard velocity of 7.62 NATO is 2700-2800fps. M80A1 moves at an astounding 3100fps at the muzzle and approx. 3050fps at 78ft.
