Each belt has 200 rounds. Never see this again in all likelihood, all rounds can be unbelted if you so choose. 

These are original military M855A1 Armor Piercing 5.56. Every 5th round is a M856A1 orange tip solid copper tracer. There is no lead in any of these rounds and both are 62g.
