M855A1 Armor Piercing BULK 5.56 Projectiles. Never sold to civilians, armor piercing hardened tip, solid copper base. Protect yourself from armored threats! Despite being AP, they fragment in soft targets and cause larger wound channels than any other 5.56. Please watch some videos about these online if you are not familiar with them already. 

These are the best 5.56 bullets ever conceived by a good margin and are the premier fighting round that’s (not) available. The US military currently uses them but they are very intentionally not sold to the public due to their AP nature. 

These projectiles are not sold anywhere and a loaded round goes for $3+. Get yours and load it way cheaper. Best loaded hot.
A small minority have a light rust coloration that may be helped by polishing/tumbling but would basically be just an esthetic concern. By far the majority are perfect. Price very much reflects this to accommodate those of us who are OCD.
